SUNSET POINT

Seasonality and support of our local community are central to our philosophy at Sunset Point. We’re passionate about cooking with local, seasonal ingredients and love how they can inspire new dishes. Not only do fresh, in-season ingredients enhance flavor, they are also great for you and their consumption minimizes impact on the environment and that Chef Jacob Ramos priority.

Gourmet pizzas start with the best of ingredients including imported Caputo flour with its lower gluten level ensuring an absolutely perfect crust. Jacob’s specialties include the “Sunset Point pizza” made with a porcini mushroom sauce, baked potato, smoked provolone, Classic Sonora beef Carpaccio and hand-cut, perfectly-trimmed filet mignon sprinkled with truffle oil, as well as the Napolitano Sausage pizza. This Neapolitan delicacy is made from a unique species of broccoli leaves grown in Naples.  The house favorite, Porcini e Burrata blends the best of the Sunset Monalisa with Sunset Point and includes porcini mushrooms, house-made burrata, bacon, and arugula. All gourmet pizzas are baked in a traditional wood-burning oven. Sunset Point’s menu also features SeaFood and Salads.

The lounge is a delightful place to gather with friends, host family celebrations, and corporate parties or just to take a moment to enjoy la dolce vita Sunset Point-style. The skilled bartenders extract the essence of local ingredients and specialty liqueurs to create delightful cocktails that further enhance the culinary experience. The extensive wine list includes over 140 labels.
